Tracy and Rufus the bobcatWhat is your favorite Bible story and why?
The story of Job has taught me a lot. Job went through some awful troubles but he never turned from God. Even when God did not speak to him, Job continued to have faith and love and trust God.

Who are your pets?
I have two wonderful kitties, R.C -the best cat in the world. and Mojo Jojo- silly little kitten. Someday I want one of those naked cats and I'll name it Stitch or Nudy! I also have a gecko named Stanley and two tree frogs named Cosmo and Wanda.

What do you like to collect?
Spoon rests, plants, Christmas ornaments, and shower caps!

Where is one of your favorite places to go and why?
My most favorite place to go is Yosemite National Park. It is the most beautiful and peaceful place I have ever been. Yosemite is Heaven on earth and it shows me how awesome God is.

To whom are you married?
I am married to Roland Mancuso who is also a Turning Point Youth Leader.

How old are you?
I am (born 1976)

Why are you working with Jr. Highers?
Because I act just like one! A lot of people are afraid to hang out with middle school people, but I love their energy and fresh outlook on life. The kids are always teaching me new things and give me encouragement and friendship. I also love watching kids grow closer to God and I am so excited to be a part in teaching them about Him!

What is your profession?
I work at Jackson County Clerk's office. It doesn't sound like the most exciting job, but I love it and the people I work with. I help with property recroding and marriage licenses.

What is your favorite animal and why?
I love River Otters because they are so happy and free. They are graceful and love to play. I think that they are one of the cutest and most joyful of God’s creatures. I also love those naked cats! I think they are very cute and if I had the money I'd buy one today!

Do you have a favorite movie?
I have two: As Good As It Gets, and Sabrina (the one with Harrison Ford).

What kind of music do you listen to?
I listen to Christian Alternative. I love Kutless, 12 Stones, Thousand Foot Crutch and Pillar. I love alternative Christian because it has passion and energy with lyrics that honor God and strengthen my relationship with Him.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I have discovered the joy of scrapbooking and am working on a few albums. I also crochet and have a ministry called "Hats for the Homeless" where I make hats and deliever them to the streets. I also like to fish, camp, hike, garden, play Nintendo, and spend time with my friends and family.

Are there any interesting facts that you would like to share?

  • I lived in Australia from January 2001 to July 2001 while Roland studied at Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia. We visited five out of seven states!

Wuss! That's the one and only nickname Roland has for me! My mom calls me Tootsie and Punkin. I’m also known as The Tracinator and Trape by my little sister. Lots of people also call me Sunshine. Many people like to call me Trace (short for Tracy) but I really don’t like that.

What is your favorite color and why?
The color of the season is... pink, red and blue.

What is your favorite sport and why?
I really enjoy equestrian events like show jumping and dressage. I love to see horses in action and I enjoy seeing the teamwork between horse and rider. I don't know much about sports, but I do like watching baseball and Australian Rules Football.
