What is your favorite Bible story and why?
I like too many stories to choose one-but I have two favorite verses: Joshua 1:19 and Philippians 4:13. Both of these verses give me strength when I'm going through something hard.

Who are your pets?
Chester - wild and crazy fat sloppy tuxedo cat. He is no longer with us L. Murphey - cool cat and the most beautiful cat in the world! Chloe - jock dog and professional electronic device chewer! Her nick name is also Little Bear. Sadie - princess snuggle dog

What do you like to collect?
I used to collect refrigerator magnets until Chloe and Sadie ate them. Now I collect Geckos, random stuff like timers that do other things than "ding", unusual hats, and gadgets that make fun noises.

Where is one of your favorite places to go and why?
Bookstores-especially used ones cause I love to read, Outdoors-camping, hiking, river rafting, snowboarding, boogie boarding. Why? I love the outdoors, adventure and beauty of nature.

To whom are you married?
Kenneth Leo Baker-We got married July 13th '96. We meet at a college Church retreat in Bandon. 

How old are you?
I am (born April 29th, 1971). I love pretty smelling lotion, bubble bath, or yummy smelling candles! I love chocolate - but I'm allergic to it.

Why are you working with Jr. Highers?
I love Junior Highers. I can be goofy and have fun with them. JR. Highers are full of great ideas and I love to talk to them.

What is your profession?
I am a teacher. I teach language arts and social studies at Talent Middle School. It is my dream job!

What is your favorite animal and why?
Gecko - they are so very cute!

Do you have a favorite movie?
Anne of Green Gables

What kind of music do you listen to?
Christian rock, pop, sca, praise,.....anything Christian.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I like to read, play with my dogs, exercise, crafts, hang out with kids/friends, outdoor activities, hang out with my best friend Ken, have fun!

Are there any interesting facts that you would like to share?
I have a bunch of different laughs. I was a model and dancer in high school and through college. I've bungee jumped. I'm a river guide for the Klamath, Scott, and Rogue River. I ran a marathon (26.2 miles) in 1995. I broke my wrist on my honeymoon by flipping a 4-wheeler.

What is your favorite flavor Jelly Belly?
I don't like Jelly Belly's much. I do like cow tails! They are the best candy ever!

Pee Wee, Carebear, Care, Baker woman

What is your favorite color and why?
Green, Blue, Purple- They are bright and bold colors.

What is your favorite sport and why?
To watch: gymnastics, diving, dance/cheer or figure skating. To do: basketball, snow boarding, volleyball, or running long distance.
